The Patriots Landing property has long been recognized as an ideal location for retail and service related business and now that public utilities are now on site, it is poised to fulfill its potential.

Along with the Bloom grocery store opening at Patriots Landing there is a new McDonalds, Fas-Mart gas/convenience store and a proposed Rite Aide drug store. Activity in the area is picking up. Traffic counts are approaching 14,000 at the intersection of Route 33 and Route 60 as well as the I-64 corridor which has between 60,000 and 70,000 cars per day.
