The residential prices range from around $200,000 for attached product to over $800,000 for single-family lakefront homes. Finished homesites will be sold to builders and Patriots Landing Realty will market the homes for sale in the community.
Regarding the commercial opportunities at Patriots Landing, this property has long been considered to be one of the prime parcels available off I-64 in New Kent County. Recent traffic counts have shown approximately 70,000 vehicle trips per day on I-64, adjacent to the property and 14,000 along Route 60. The commercial area is called Patriots Landing Village and is anchored by a Food Lion grocery store.
